1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used electric shakers or items showing signs of wear

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Final sale or clearance products

If an item arrives defective, please read the “Damaged or Defective Items” section below.


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email our support team at support@arza-store.com

  2. Include your order number, full name, and a brief explanation.

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your item back without receiving confirmation from our team.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved or denied.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or a short video showing the issue.

  • We will send a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
For preference-based changes (color/model), please request a return and place a new order.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will require a return request.
